Se ordenó al Juzgado Segundo Laboral de Manizales que asuma de manera inmediata el conocimiento del trámite de la tutela presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Consejo Superior de la Universidad de Caldas, toda vez que una vez establecida la naturaleza jurídica de la citada universidad es claro que el presente conflicto lo es tan sólo en apariencia, pues la norma de competencia aplicable es la establecida en el inciso segundo del numeral primero del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
